Allow approximately one day for the modification.
It requires some tools, including a mini angle grinder like a Dremel.
The kit consists of two electric motors on a ready-to-mount plate, a wiring harness with relays and fuses, four vacuum plugs, and two anti-return diodes.

First, remove the two turn signal grilles to access the opening springs and mechanisms.
Next, remove the two vacuum lines on each headlight vacuum housing, manually lift both headlight assemblies, and lock them in place by pushing the actuator link towards the rear of the car.
Remove the springs on each headlight actuator assembly.

Remove the cotter pin from the shaft that holds the rod ball joint in the actuator assembly and slide it out, being careful of the plastic bushings and washers — this rod and rod end will be reinstalled later.

Next, remove the 4 nuts on each vacuum housing and remove the housings.

Next, the mounting plate on the car must be cut according to the marks below to allow the electric motor shaft to pass through. This is the most delicate part of the assembly.
use a small handheld tool like a Dremel, taking care to protect the heatsink from metal shavings.

You can mount the motors onto the mounting plate using the four screws provided.
There is a right and a left side; the motors face inwards towards the car.

You can reinstall the rod ends in the headlight actuator linkage onto the small shaft and cotter pin, making sure that all bushings, washers, and springs are reinstalled. Reattach the springs.
Now you need to plug the holes on the air reservoir with the plugs provided.

Also, plug the vacuum inlets on the old air chambers.
You can do this either directly here towards the front, or go up to the passenger compartment and block the incoming vacuum.
That's why two plugs are supplied depending on the option chosen.

Now, we need to take care of the wiring.
Use the supplied harness by connecting the plugs to the motors.
Then connect the black wire to a ground; you can use the horn nut just above it in the middle of the car.
Connect the red wire to a permanent positive connection; the most accessible is the alternator.

Next, you need to connect the blue wire that will control the opening.
You can do this by connecting it to the headlight wiring harness at the low beam level; the opening will occur when you turn on the headlights.
With this option, you won't be able to open the headlights without turning them on.
You can also add a switch to keep the headlights open even when they're off.
This is similar to the function of the small lever under the steering wheel that keeps the headlights open even when they're off.
For this, you can also connect an additional switch, which you can place either in the engine compartment or on the dashboard.
