What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times vary between 2 days and 1 week depending on the option you have chosen.
When you order, when you choose delivery, there is an estimated date which gives you a rough idea of the delivery time. ▲

How to return an item ?
If you wish to return an item, you must first make a request to customer service by email (contact form on the site).
Please indicate your order number and the reason for the return. ▲
Withdrawal periods ?
The withdrawal period is 14 days in accordance with French law.
To obtain a full refund, it is imperative to return the products in their original packaging, completely intact, with no trace of assembly.
Depending on the condition of the return noted upon receipt, a discount may be applied to the product.
Items made to measure on request do not benefit from the withdrawal guarantee, they were manufactured solely at your request and cannot be returned. ▲

We can currently only deliver to the following European Union countries:

Why can't I order ?
We currently do not have any agreements with carriers to export to countries other than those mentioned above.
We are working to expand this list as soon as possible. ▲
Order processing time ?
Orders are processed between 12 hours and 48 hours after validation of your payment.
They are most of the time shipped the day after your order if it is a working day (carrier open).
For custom-made items, manufacturing begins within the same time frame, you are notified when the item is finished and shipped. ▲
